Hello and welcome to my world!
I’m excited to share my journey with you. It all began in May 2020, when I picked up a dotting tool for the first time. Four years later, I’m amazed at how much I’ve grown and how much this creative outlet has meant to me. Amid the challenges of the COVID restrictions, I discovered a passion for dot painting that has become a cherished part of my life.
By day, I work in the corporate world, but painting is my escape, my "me" time, which will hopefully become me full-time. It’s a mental reset, offering a creative release that helps me unwind from the stresses of the day. People often think that creating stunning art requires a lot of time, intense focus, and exceptional talent, but I’m here to show you that it’s not as complicated as it seems. My early pieces might not have been as refined, but through persistence and perseverance and passion, I’ve developed my skills and now create artwork that I truly love.
I always find time for this art; its such an escapism, and you don't have to be all 'Arty-farty' in overalls in a fancy studio to learn. I started on my kitchen workbench with some basic cards, a few paints, some toothpicks, and other random household items. It was really that easy to start, and I am so glad I did!
